Vet clinic questions
Do you see dogs that aren't staying at the hotel?
Yes. The clinic sees patients by appointment: message us on WhatsApp with what your dog needs and we'll give you a time for the checkup, exam or procedure. We also have a vet pharmacy.
Do you do spay/neuter and dental cleanings?
Yes, as well as skin tumor removal and other procedures that don't require hospitalization. They cost extra and are scheduled with you in advance, including when your dog is on a long stay with us.
Can you check my dog before an international trip?
Yes. We do the pre-travel health assessment, check vaccines and advise you on the destination country's requirements. If you need it, we can coordinate the rest of the move too.
