What we collect and why
Only what you give us when you get in touch: your name, phone, email and your dog's details (name, breed, age, vaccines, stay dates and anything else you choose to share). We use it only to answer your inquiry and to arrange the first meeting, stays, relocations and veterinary care.
The website form
The form doesn't send data to any server: it builds a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you review and send. From then on, WhatsApp is the channel we use, and WhatsApp's own terms also apply.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts and videos are served from our own site, so browsing it sends none of your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as we work with you and your dog, and then for the time needed to meet legal obligations, such as veterinary medical records. After that, it's deleted.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or hand over your data. We only share it when the service you asked for requires it, for example with an airline or the health authority during a relocation, and always with your knowledge.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection or portability of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to scubahappy@gmail.com. We'll reply within the deadlines set by Chile's Law 21.719 on personal data protection.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
