Real grass and shade
Large outdoor areas with fresh, real grass, shade from trees and palms, and plenty of room to explore, roll around and stretch out.
Every dog picks its spot
Active dogs have room to run and burn off energy; calmer ones rest in the shade undisturbed. There are play structures and wide open areas.
Indoor nights
At the end of the day they rest in a safe indoor gallery with beds and blankets. Dogs who prefer quiet have home-style areas with couches.

Ten seconds of an ordinary afternoon. Nothing staged: this is the play yard when the dogs decide what to do.
Clean, without shortcuts.
We don't use artificial turf, which holds odors and bacteria. We disinfect the areas exposed to urine with professional, pool-grade chlorine, without unnecessary or harsh chemicals.
You always know how they're doing.
During the day we share photos and videos so you can see your dog playing or resting. We stay in direct contact with you and let you know right away if anything comes up.

A first meeting
Before the first stay we meet, see how your dog reacts and answer your questions. It's required.

Up-to-date vaccines
They protect your dog and the others. If one is missing, we can arrange it with our vet before the visit.

Spayed or neutered
It prevents fights, marking and unnecessary stress in the group. Our vet can arrange this too.
Is your dog shy, or does it struggle with other dogs? Tell us at the first meeting: we keep small groups based on each dog's personality and have separate spaces.
A stay is CLP 17,000 a day. For longer stays, Joshua works out the price with you personally: we know extended boarding adds up, and we look for something reasonable without changing the care.

Questions about the hotel
How much does the dog hotel cost?
CLP 17,000 a day. For longer stays, Joshua works out a reasonable price with you personally. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer, and book at the last minute too, whenever we have room.
Can I see the hotel before I leave my dog?
Yes, and for new clients it's required. At the first meeting you see the place and meet the people who will care for your dog, and we see how your dog feels. Message us on WhatsApp to set it up.
What happens if my dog gets sick during the stay?
We have a vet clinic on site, so a licensed veterinarian can check your dog right away. We let you know immediately about anything, however small, and agree on next steps with you.
How long can my dog stay?
Anywhere from a few days to stays of more than a month. In special cases, such as relocations, rescue dogs or housing restrictions, we offer long-term care for months.
Where is the hotel?
At Los Pioneros 12 D, Chicureo, in the municipality of Colina, on the northern edge of Santiago. We send you the exact location on WhatsApp when we set up the first meeting.
