About us
A family business, since 2017.
Joshua Place came from Denver in 2017 without speaking Spanish. Cristina was working as a veterinarian; they rented a place and opened a small dog hotel together. Since then Joshua has grown it step by step, with a simple idea: build lasting relationships, not just offer a service.

Questions
What people ask before the first stay.
What does my dog need to stay at the hotel?
For new clients we ask for a first meeting, up-to-date vaccines, and a spayed or neutered dog. It keeps the whole group safe. If a vaccine or the spay/neuter is missing, we can arrange it with our on-site vet before the first visit.
Will my dog be stressed if it has never been to a hotel?
We do everything so your dog feels at home. It always sees the same person, Joshua or Cristina, and before the first stay we meet to get to know each other and see how your dog reacts. Most dogs run in playing and don't even say goodbye.
Can you take my dog at the last minute?
Yes, whenever we have room. Short stays, long stays or last-minute plans: message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to make it work for you and your dog. If it's your first time, we'll set up the first meeting as soon as possible.
Where do the dogs sleep?
During the day they play and rest freely outdoors, on natural grass with plenty of shade. At the end of the day they sleep in a safe indoor gallery with comfortable beds and blankets. We don't use kennels.
What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?
Not every dog is a social butterfly, and that's fine. We have separate spaces, keep small groups based on each dog's personality, and have home-style areas with couches and beds for calmer dogs. What matters is that your dog is comfortable.
How often will I get photos?
Every day. During the day we share photos and videos of your dog playing or resting, and if anything happens, even something small, we let you know right away. Communication is direct, in English or Spanish.
How much does it cost?
A hotel stay is CLP 17,000 a day. For longer stays, Joshua works out the price with you personally, so it stays reasonable without changing the care. The monthly program is CLP 265,000 or 300,000 a month depending on the days. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer.
